Export Procedures

Generally speaking, the whole Export procedures are divided into two parts, Export goods by T/T or L/C.

If the term of payment is T/T, the procedures are as follows:

Step one: Make preformed Invoice, then get the confirmation from customer. After the customer arranges deposit, then our factory arranges the production.

Step two: Customer will inspect the quality after production being finished, and pay for balance money.

Step three: Contact with the shipping company, and make BOOKING to confirm the shipping space and condition of empty container. Then arrange the trucking and apply to the custom. Before loading the container at the port, arrange inspection if needed.

Step four: Get the original Bill of loading within 1-3 days after sailing.

Step five: Send the customer all the documents by express for customer make the custom clearance at destination.

If the term of payment is L/C, the procedures are as follows:

Step one: Make preformed Invoice or Sales Contract, then get confirmation from customer. Then the customer will inform the bank to open the L/C to us.

Step two: Checking the L/C terms after received L/C from our bank.

Step three: Arranging the production if there is no mistake after checking L/C.

Step four: Finish the production according to the L/C requirement.

Step five: Arrange Shipment Booking, trucking, loading and custom clearance.

Step six: Confirm Bill of the loading after shipment according to the L/C terms.

Step seven: Issue all the documents according to the L/C requirement.

Step eight: Send all the documents to the bank and the documents are sent to the customer after being checked by the bank.

Step nine: Customer’s bank release L/C amount to our bank after checking. We receive the money and customer will clear the custom with the documents.
